Lead Chaplain, Bluewater £31 ,000 – £33,500
The Chaplaincy Service at Bluewater serves one of the largest retail complexes in the UK, providing support to the retail and facilities staff in the context of their daily life and work.
The chaplaincy team consists of one paid, full-time Lead Chaplain and a large team of volunteer chaplains. We are now seeking to replace the present Lead Chaplain who has filled the post since 2011 and is moving into church-based ministry.
As Lead Chaplain you must be a practising Christian, lay or ordained, with a sound understanding of the nature, purpose and vision of chaplaincy and with a proven ministry in pastoral care.
